Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor logistics performance across collection, transportation, and delivery processes
• Analyze quality data and identify operational issues
• Follow up on SLA performance, loss & damage, stranded inventory, and abnormal parcels
• Coordinate with regional teams to drive quality improvements
• Prepare reports and track corrective actions
Requirements:
✅ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
✅ Understanding of logistics operations and delivery processes
✅ Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to identify root causes and implement improvements
✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills
