About the Role
We are looking for a certified Scaffolding Erector to join our site team. The ideal candidate must be hands-on and capable of personally erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently, with solid experience working on industrial or construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per project requirements
- Inspect scaffolding materials and components before use to ensure safety compliance
- Work from drawings/instructions to build scaffolding for various site applications
- Follow all site safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain scaffolding tags, tools, and equipment in good condition
**Requirements**
- Valid scaffolding erector certification (mandatory)
- Proven hands-on experience in scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling
- Prior experience on construction or industrial project sites
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and practices
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Basic English communication skills
