📌 Key Responsibilities
Manage and support CSP stations in daily operations.
Monitor pickup, delivery, SLA, and service quality.
Coordinate with CSPs and internal teams to solve operational issues.
Identify operational gaps and follow up on improvements.
Monitor CSP performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Maintain performance reports and data.
Ensure CSPs follow company SOPs and service standards.
Handle escalations and support timely resolution.
📋 Requirements
Experience working with partners, vendors, or 3PLs is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
