Electrical System Inspections — Inspect LV/MV systems, cable trays, conduits, wiring, earthing, lighting, DBs, and ELV systems.
MCC & DDC Panel QA/QC — Inspect MCC/DDC panels, control wiring, terminal connections, panel layout, and functional testing of automation/control sequences.
Quality Documentation — Prepare WIR/MIR, checklists, NCRs, SORs, daily QA/QC logs, and maintain complete inspection/testing records.
Non-Conformance Management — Identify non-conforming works, issue NCRs, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure closure.
AutoCAD As‑Built Preparation — Prepare complete and accurate As‑Built drawings for HVAC and electrical systems, update markups, incorporate site changes, and ensure final documentation matches executed work.
Required Technical Knowledge:
AutoCAD proficiency — Strong command of AutoCAD for preparing As‑Built drawings for HVAC and Electrical systems, updating shop drawings, and coordinating revisions with site teams.
Electrical systems — LV/MV distribution, cabling, earthing, lighting, ELV systems, testing procedures.
MCC/DDC Panels — Control wiring, panel layout, automation logic verification, functional testing.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
4-6 years of experience in QA/QC for HVAC/Electrical works.
Strong experience in preparing As‑Built drawings using AutoCAD.
Experience with MCC/DDC panels and control systems.
