Key Responsibilities:
Develop work plans and schedules and track project progress.
Supervise HVAC installation in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site teams and contractors and coordinate with other disciplines.
Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety requirements.
Evaluate performance and resolve technical issues and site observations.
Prepare regular progress reports and provide recommendations.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of practical experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong planning, organizational, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
