The selected candidate will understand the company’s business processes and requirements, communicate them clearly to the ERPNext developers, coordinate implementation and configuration activities, and ensure that the developed solution meets the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the functional intermediary between the company and ERPNext developers.
Understand and document business requirements across Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and other business functions.
Communicate functional requirements clearly to the ERPNext development team.
Coordinate with developers regarding ERPNext implementation and configuration.
Review and follow up on development progress and functional requirements.
Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
Identify functional issues, clarify requirements, and coordinate with developers for resolution.
Provide ongoing functional support to users after implementation.
Important: The candidate is not expected to perform ERPNext development or technical configuration personally. The ERPNext development/configuration will be handled by the development team; the candidate will coordinate and provide functional guidance from the company side.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience and strong understanding of ERPNext.
Good knowledge of business processes, particularly Finance, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Previous ERP implementation or functional coordination experience is an advantage.
