• Strong expertise in C# and .NET 8
• Strong experience in ASP.NET Core & Web API
• Hands-on experience with SignalR
• Experience with Blazor is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Advanced SQL Server skills
• Experience with Oracle database integration and complex stored procedures
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integration
• Knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript for AI/API integration
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, MCP and Generative AI
• Experience with Docker, MLOps and CI/CD
• Experience preparing architecture/design documentation
• Healthcare, licensing or insurance domain experience is an advantage
• Experience supporting production and critical deployments
