Responsibilities:
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Take customer orders and online orders.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the cashier area.
Assist with daily shop operations.
Assist with inventory and stock management.
Follow company rules, policies, and management instructions.
Maintain good communication and relationships with customers and team members.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is required.
English is an advantage.
Fast-food/restaurant experience is preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic POS/cashier knowledge is preferred.
