Key Qualifications & Credentials:
Certifications: NEBOSH IGC Rigger Level 2 & Level 3 Certified
Core Competencies: Risk Assessment (JSA/TBT), Work Permit Systems (WPR adherence), Incident Reporting, Site Safety Audits, LOTO, & Confined Space Safety.
Experience: Heavy transport operations, site logistics supervision, and health & safety compliance across industrial/construction sites.
Administrative & Government Platforms: Proficient in managing site documentation, office operations, and familiar with Qiwa, Absher, & Muqeem setups.
