The role requires someone who is comfortable working in the field, visiting companies, building relationships, generating leads, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to companies and potential clients
Generate new business leads and develop client relationships
Identify potential business opportunities in manpower, recruitment, staffing, and related services
Meet HR, procurement, administration, and management representatives
Build and maintain a strong network of corporate contacts
Follow up with prospects by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
Arrange meetings and introduce company services
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and follow-ups
Prepare basic sales reports and update customer information
Work toward agreed business-development targets
Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory
Good computer skills are mandatory
Must be comfortable using Excel, email, WhatsApp, and online systems
Valid driving licence is mandatory
Willing to travel extensively for field visits
Previous experience in manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or service sales is strongly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident approaching new companies and decision-makers
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good follow-up and negotiation skills
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is a strong advantage
Existing network with companies, contractors, manpower suppliers, or recruitment agencies is highly preferred
