📌 Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise precast concrete activities, including production, delivery, and installation.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, planning, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams.
Review precast shop drawings, method statements, lifting plans, and erection sequences.
Monitor the production and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of precast elements at the site.
Ensure proper handling, storage, lifting, transportation, and installation of precast components.
Monitor alignment, levels, dimensions, tolerances, and installation quality.
Coordinate with lifting teams, crane operators, suppliers, and site management for safe and efficient erection.
Identify site issues, resolve coordination challenges, and maintain smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain relevant precast documentation.
✅ Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction and 4/5-star hotel projects.
Candidates must have at least 80% of their total professional experience in high-rise building projects.
Candidates without high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will not be considered.
Strong knowledge of precast concrete coordination, installation, lifting, and construction activities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple project departments and site teams.
