We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team and handle the design, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical works comply with client requirements, project specifications, and applicable industry standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience in mechanical design and coordination for interior fit-out projects.
* Experience in commercial, retail, office, hospital, or similar projects is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of:
* HVAC Systems
* Chilled Water Systems
* Ventilation
* Plumbing & Drainage
* Fire-Fighting Systems
* Ability to review and prepare mechanical drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
* Good understanding of MEP coordination, mechanical load calculations, equipment selection, and system design.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant mechanical design software/tools.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with architectural, civil, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
* Strong communication, technical coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
