HSE/Safety professional with 10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf across construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, cement, and facility management projects. Experienced in site inspections, risk assessments, HIRA/JSA, PTW, LOTO, incident investigation, contractor safety, HSE audits, and environmental compliance. I hold NEBOSH IGC, NVQ Level 7 in Strategic Health & Safety Leadership and Management, IOSH and ISO 14001 qualifications, with Saudi Council of Engineers registration. Currently looking for an HSE Engineer / Safety Engineer role in Saudi Arabia where I can contribute my experience and continue to grow professionally.
