Requirements:
Experience: Managing a busy garage floor, customer dealing, built relation with insurance companies and manage technician teams.
Location: Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain.
Joining: Immediate joining or in 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
Distribute daily repair orders to technicians based on specialized skill levels.
Monitor job cycle times to maximize output, efficiency, and garage turnaround.
Coordinate with denters and painters, do quality check and make sure all job done by the standards.
Enforce workplace safety protocols, tool maintenance, and environmental regulations.
Salary: BHD 250+ incentives
