Experience
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations
Qualification
MBA (HR) or equivalent
Specialized certification/course in Human Resources is preferred
Strong knowledge of HR operations and contractor management
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Good proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
