📌 Position: Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
Track and report KPIs including order accuracy, fulfillment rates, labor productivity, and inventory shrinkage.
Supervise warehouse associates, providing daily guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational inefficiencies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain dashboards and management reports covering inventory levels, warehouse throughput, and operational performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma practices.
Manage WMS data entry, system updates, inventory transactions, and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure warehouse operations follow company procedures and inventory control standards.
✅ Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience preparing reports and dashboards.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with KPI tracking, root-cause analysis, 5S, Lean, or Six Sigma.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
