SAR 750/month, 2 BR, Bachelor's Furnished 2 Rooms Each 2 People - 1500 Sr/Room

I have my family apartment furnished want to turn into bachelor paying guests per room 2 person each 750 does not include internet and electricity bill.

Each room is furnished has TV beds AC well maintained in an old building and kitchen family shared. Very good surroundings no parking issues.

Payment and rent price:
Per 6 months if paid Advance : 4500sr each person
Per 3 months if paid Advance : 2500sr each person

If someone wants temporarily bed space monthly basis has to pay 1500 sr including everything for 1 bed space.(Each room has 2 bed space).
