* Good experience in mechanics, mechanical maintenance, or a relevant certified technical qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.
* Previous experience in water pumping stations, pipelines, or industrial facilities is preferred.
* Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as shutdown works.
Required Technical Skills
* Excellent experience in the disassembly, assembly, and overhaul of centrifugal pumps.
* Experience with mechanical seals, bearings, shafts, impellers, wear rings, and couplings.
* Proficiency in pump and motor alignment using laser alignment and dial indicators.
* Ability to troubleshoot pump issues such as vibration, cavitation, overheating, leakage, low flow, and low pressure.
* Experience in the dismantling, installation, and maintenance of butterfly, gate, check, and control valves.
* Good knowledge of piping, flanges, gaskets, bolting, and torque.
* Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, dial gauges, and feeler gauges.
* Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), datasheets, and maintenance manuals.
* Ability to execute preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
