We’re a well-established distributor of ICT, security, and surveillance solutions in Saudi Arabia, backed by a major Saudi group, and we’re building out our e-commerce division. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to own it end-to-end.
About the role
You’ll own the P&L for our e-commerce channel across Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and our own website. You’ll build and lead the team, set the strategy for each platform, and turn a strong product range and a nationwide warehouse network into one of the leading online security businesses in the Kingdom.
What you’ll do
• Own the revenue target and P&L across all marketplaces and our own store (Expert in Amazon)
• Build, hire, and lead the team (marketplace, content, performance, customer service)
• Manage account health, Buy Box win rate, ratings, and platform compliance
• Own the advertising budget and ROAS across and beyond the platforms
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for inventory sync and fast, nationwide fulfillment
• Set pricing and margin strategy, and report performance to senior management
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in e-commerce, including 2–3 years leading a team
• A proven track record growing accounts on Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (the 1P model — selling wholesale directly to Amazon)
• Experience owning an advertising budget and managing PPC
• A data-driven, analytical mindset and full ownership of results
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Experience in electronics or security/surveillance is a plus
