Are you an experienced culinary professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage the kitchen and culinary team
🔹 Develop and maintain menus and recipes
🔹 Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste
🔹 Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen purchasing
🔹 Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
🔹 Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
🔹 Monitor kitchen operations and maintain high service standards
🔹 Coordinate with management to achieve operational and financial targets
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary position
✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✅ Excellent knowledge of food preparation, menu development, and kitchen operations
✅ Strong understanding of food cost and inventory control
✅ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
✅ Hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is highly preferred
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
