Are you a skilled Sushi Chef with a passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong eye for quality and presentation? We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, and other Japanese dishes
🔹 Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of fresh seafood
🔹 Maintain excellent food quality, taste, and presentation
🔹 Prepare sushi ingredients, sauces, and garnishes
🔹 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
🔹 Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
🔹 Monitor ingredient quality and minimize food waste
🔹 Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
✅ Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques
✅ Excellent knife skills and food presentation
✅ Experience handling fresh fish and seafood
✅ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
✅ Hotel, restaurant, or fine-dining experience is preferred
