Colmo Ventures is looking for a SALES AND MARKETING professional with construction industry experience to help us bring in new projects and develop client relationships.
🔹 What You'll Do
• Find new construction/project opportunities
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers & clients
• Generate leads through networking and client visits
• Identify upcoming projects in Riyadh
• Follow up on quotations, tenders and proposals
• Visit clients and project sites
• Coordinate with the technical/estimation team
• Support in securing new projects
🔹 Requirements
✅ 2–5 years' experience in Construction Business Development / Project Sales
✅ INDIANS PREFERRED
✅ Existing contacts with contractors/consultants/developers is a strong advantage
✅ Good communication & negotiation skills
✅ Saudi Driving License preferred
✅ Valid Iqama for non-Saudis
✅ Immediate joining preferred
