Fire Alarm & Firefighting Maintenance & Projects

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Electrical Engineer with strong practical experience in Fire Alarm and Firefighting Systems. The candidate should be capable of independently handling client visits, system inspection, fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance, technical reporting, BOQ preparation, and quotations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Fire Alarm & Firefighting systems.
* Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify the root cause of system faults.
* Independently recommend corrective actions and identify required spare parts/materials.
* Strong experience in Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance.
* Perform site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system assessment.
* Hands-on knowledge of fire alarm panels, detectors, modules, loops/circuits, sounders, notification devices, and related equipment.
* Practical knowledge of fire pumps, controllers, sprinklers, hose reels, hydrants, valves, and firefighting systems.
* Able to conduct site surveys and identify system deficiencies and maintenance requirements.
* Prepare professional inspection reports, fault reports, recommendations, corrective-action reports, and maintenance reports.
* Able to prepare BOQ/BQ, material take-off, scope of work, technical proposals, and quotations.
* Capable of following an issue from initial client complaint → diagnosis → solution → quotation → repair/maintenance → testing → final closure.
* Familiar with relevant NFPA standards and Saudi market requirements.
* Experience with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) is preferred.
* Good knowledge of the Saudi Fire Alarm & Firefighting market, suppliers, materials, and spare parts is an advantage.
* Able to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, technicians, subcontractors, and project teams.
* Strong coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Must be highly active, proactive, responsible, organized, polite, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple client/site visits.
* Valid driving license is required.
* Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
* Immediate availability is highly preferred.
