What you will build:
* Connect WhatsApp Business, Outlook email, and our CRM to track every customer inquiry and quotation.
* Automate follow-ups for quotations, existing customers, and sales opportunities.
* Build AI assistants that answer common questions, prepare responses, and hand complex cases to our team.
* Create sales dashboards, employee KPIs, and management reports.
* Integrate our existing Excel data into the CRM and improve data quality.
Requirements:
* Proven hands-on experience implementing and managing a CRM system, including sales pipelines, customer records, tasks, and follow-up workflows.
* Experience building live AI automations using tools such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate, with APIs and webhooks.
* Ability to show a working project you personally built, explain its integrations, and demonstrate how errors and human approvals are handled.
* Experience with WhatsApp Business integrations is strongly preferred.
