Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor opportunities through the Etimad Platform.
Search, evaluate, and participate in government tenders and projects.
Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and proposals.
Follow up on project awards, contracts, and related procedures.
Coordinate with government entities and private sector clients.
Support company registration, supplier qualification, and compliance requirements.
Assist management in developing business opportunities and project acquisition strategies.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for tender activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with the Etimad Platform.
Strong understanding of Saudi government tenders, procurement procedures, and project acquisition.
Good knowledge of company operations, contracts, and business management processes.
Ability to identify and pursue project opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
