DCS & ESD etc
Role:
ï?· Develop, prepare and submit Project Quality Plan (PQP) and all other documents and arranging for approval by Project
inspection department
ï?· Develop, prepare and submit all special procedures required as per Schedule Q and arranging for approval
ï?· Develop, prepare and submit Material Requisitions (MR), Inspection Assignment Packages (IAP) and arranging for approval
from SA VID.
ï?· Identifying third party agency for vendor inspections at manufacturer premises
ï?· Preparation and Issuing notifications for pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM), In Process Inspections (IPI), Final inspections,
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), & Integrated FAT (IFAT).
ï?· Attending PIMs, IPIs and coordinating with vendor for early closure of punch lists issued during In Process Inspections.
ï?· Ensure timely quality management, tracking and control at project sites and collate and analyze site quality reports to ensure
high quality, world class project management services to clients.
ï?· Conducting supplier surveys on supplier premises and arranging for approval of third-party agencies (TPI), for precast
foundations, concrete supply, asphalt supply, civil testing laboratories etc.

certifications, and certification for instrument technicians for calibration.
ï?· Coordinate with Project Management and identify the third arty agency for audits and arranging approval from SA PID.
ï?· Issuing notifications for 15% & 60% audit for procurement, engineering and construction phases and reporting the
corrective actions taken for the observations and nonconformities issued during audit.
ï?· Coordinate with higher management and arranging for Management Review Meetings and reporting on the actions taken for
the output of the meetings.
ï?· Approve competent quality personnel in accordance with job description envisaged for project as per Schedule Q.
