Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC Duct, Dampers & Accessories Manufacturing Factory – Dammam, Saudi Arabia
• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities for HVAC ducts, dampers, and related accessories.
• Prepare production schedules based on project requirements, approved drawings, material availability, and delivery commitments.
• Manage production of GI/SS rectangular ducts, spiral ducts, VCDs, fire/smoke dampers, access doors, louvers, plenums, fittings, and other HVAC accessories.
• Ensure production follows approved shop drawings, specifications, SMACNA standards, project requirements, and company quality procedures.
• Monitor and optimize raw material utilization, nesting, cutting, forming, assembly, and fabrication processes to minimize wastage.
• Supervise factory manpower, including fabricators, machine operators, welders, helpers, and assembly workers, and allocate resources according to production priorities.
• Coordinate with Design/Drafting, Procurement, QA/QC, Projects, Stores, and Logistics to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Verify availability and proper use of GI/SS sheets, angles, profiles, sealants, gaskets, fasteners, insulation materials, and other consumables.
• Monitor machine and production-line performance and coordinate with maintenance personnel to minimize machine breakdown and production downtime.
• Ensure proper TDF/TDC, S&D, flange, seam, welding, riveting, and other fabrication methods as applicable to the product.
• Conduct regular in-process inspections and coordinate with QA/QC for final inspection and release of completed products.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, workmanship, leakage requirements, surface finish, reinforcement, gauge/thickness, and assembly quality meet approved requirements.
• Identify production defects, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain daily records of production quantity, tonnage, manpower, material consumption, wastage, rejection, and machine utilization.
• Monitor production against planned targets and take immediate action to address delays, bottlenecks, and quality issues.
• Implement 5S, housekeeping, workplace organization, and safe material handling within the factory.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, including PPE, machine safety, welding safety, lifting operations, and safe working practices.
• Coordinate to ensure proper packing, identification, loading, and timely delivery of finished products to project sites.
• Support cost control and productivity improvement through process optimization, manpower planning, and reduction of material wastage.
• Train and guide production personnel on fabrication methods, quality requirements, machine operation, and safety procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports and KPI reports to management.
• Participate in production meetings and provide management with updates on capacity, order status, manpower requirements, material shortages, and delivery risks.
• Continuously improve factory productivity, production capacity, product quality, and on-time delivery performance.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
• Minimum 05 years of experience in Duct factory / Sheet metal production.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Saudi Arabia experience DESIRED.

Renumeration: Basic 4k-6k + FAT + Medical + Incentives on KPIs
