Are you an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for teaching and shaping young learners? We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and deliver a structured training program aligned with international early childhood education standards.
Position: Early Childhood Trainer
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high quality, in person training sessions aligned with the Early Childhood Education Program roadmap.
• Structure and conduct training across all program phases (Foundation to Classroom Readiness).
• Provide practical, real world instruction in early childhood development, teaching strategies, and classroom management.
• Train students in:
– Child development fundamentals and age appropriate learning strategies.
– Classroom setup, learning centers, and activity planning.
– Phonics, numeracy, literacy, and sensory based learning.
– Positive discipline, behavior management, and emotional development.
– Lesson planning, weekly planning, and documentation.
• Conduct real life classroom simulations, case studies, and activity based learning.
• Guide students in creating teaching materials, lesson plans, and portfolios.
• Mentor students throughout the program to ensure they become ready early childhood educators.
• Support students in CV writing, interview preparation, and professional readiness. • Ensure training delivery meets international early childhood education standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in early childhood teaching or preschool education.
• Proven experience (1–2+ years) as a trainer, instructor, or mentor.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, teaching strategies, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver structured, engaging, and practical training sessions.
• Strong command of English.
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh.
