Job Discerption:-
• Coordinate ERP user access and security: create, modify, and deactivate user accounts; assign security roles based on job responsibilities and least privilege; conduct periodic access reviews; and coordinate access requests with IT and Information Security teams.
• Manage Power Platform tools — Power BI (admin portal, workspaces, capacities, security, D365 integration, dashboards, data modelling, and performance tuning), Power Automate (flow automation, workflow creation and monitoring), and Power Apps (requirements gathering, app performance, data validation, UX, and security roles).
• Monitor batch jobs, scheduled tasks, and system interfaces; investigate and resolve failed, delayed, or stuck jobs, and monitor workflow approvals and delegations.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases, perform functional and integration testing, participate in code reviews, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide tiered functional and technical support — troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist users with navigation and administrative tasks, escalate as needed, and support day-to-day system operations, including installation and configuration of development servers.
• Support data migration activities (mapping, validation, reconciliation, verification, and quality assurance) and data import/export activities with end users.
