* Degree in Electronics Engineering
* 10 years of experience in heavy lifting activities
* Strong experience in heavy lifting operations and lifting engineering
* Specialized industry certification, LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) or Other TUV Rigger 1 Certification
* Able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, site blueprints, and rigging/lifting schematics.
* Experience coordinating and communicating with clients and site teams
