Key Responsibilities
• Inspection & Testing:Conduct routine site inspections and material testing (concrete, steel, soil, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved project plans and standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain Method Statements, Quality Control Procedures, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and daily/weekly QA/QC reports.
• Non-Conformance Management:Identify site deviations, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Material Approval:Review material submittals, inspect incoming materials on-site, and verify test certificates from suppliers.
• Coordination:Liaise with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients to resolve quality-related issues smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
•Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in civil construction projects (infrastructure, buildings, or roads).
•Skills: Strong knowledge of international engineering standards (ASTM, ACI, British Standards), excellent documentation skills, and high attention to detail.
Notice Period: Immediately
