Minimum 10 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in facility management.
Strong experience with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, and split AC systems.
Knowledge of HVAC controls, DDC panels, and BMS.
Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical HVAC faults.
Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and write English and understand HVAC drawings/manuals.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team coordination skills.
Relevant HVAC technical certification is preferred.
Any nationality.
Able to handle a team of 6 members.
Basic Salary: 2500 SAR
