Before that, scaled Croma's Pune & PCMC cluster (12 COCO/FOFO stores, ₹50 Cr monthly turnover) to 95%+ AOP achievement while cutting shrinkage below 0.1% and lifting audit scores from 82% to 93%.
As a Store Manager, built Pimpri into the highest-turnover store in the region (₹120 Cr annually), turned around underperforming stores at Baner and Kharghar, and kept Sion stable through COVID at ₹8 Cr+ monthly. Holds a single-day sales record of ₹2 Cr.
Beyond the numbers: built a leadership pipeline (mentored team members into Store Manager, Department Manager, and Assistant Manager roles), led the first institutional tie-up with MIT for Apple's Pune market, and been recognized with brand awards from LG, Sony, and Samsung.
