• Perform OTDR testing and trace analysis to identify fiber breaks, high-loss points, bends, and poor splices.
• Install and organize fiber inside ODF, patch panels, splice closures, FDT/FAT/FDP, and distribution boxes.
• Troubleshoot fiber faults and carry out re-splicing and restoration work.
• Read and interpret fiber optic drawings, cable schedules, layouts, and splice diagrams.
• Prepare OTDR test reports, splice records, and installation documentation.
Required Experience:
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on fiber optic splicing and testing experience.
• Strong experience with Fusion Splicer, OTDR, Optical Power Meter, and Light Source.
• Experience in OSP/ISP, FTTH, structured cabling, or telecom projects.
• Ability to interpret OTDR traces and prepare professional test reports.
• Saudi Arabia experience and a transferable Iqama
