🔹 Position
Senior Civil Engineer – High-Rise / BBS Specialist
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise civil and structural works for high-rise buildings.
Prepare, review and coordinate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) based on approved structural drawings.
Verify rebar sizes, quantities, lengths, shapes, laps and bending details.
Coordinate reinforcement works with Structural, Technical, Planning, QA/QC and Site teams.
Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies or reinforcement conflicts.
Coordinate with rebar fabrication teams to ensure accurate cutting and bending.
Monitor reinforcement quantities and minimize material wastage.
Resolve site technical issues related to reinforcement and structural works.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
🔹 Requirements
🚨 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
🚨 High-Rise Building Construction Experience – Mandatory
🚨 Strong BBS / Bar Bending Schedule expertise – Mandatory
✅ Excellent understanding of structural drawings and reinforced concrete works.
✅ Strong experience in reinforcement detailing, quantity verification and BBS preparation.
⭐ 5-Star Hotel / Luxury Hospitality experience is preferred.
⭐ AutoCAD and relevant BBS/rebar software knowledge preferred.
