- Planning and scheduling trucks and drivers Based on trip requirements.
- Monitoring trip execution from start to arrival and closure.
- Managing issues and delays and making appropriate operational decisions.
- Monitoring fleet and driver status and coordinating with the workshop and relevant departments.
- Managing operational client relations and ensuring trips are executed as agreed.
- Supervising the operations team and assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
