Key Qualifications & Experience Required:
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air ticketing and travel agency operations within Saudi Arabia.
GDS Expertise: Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (GDS system certification is a plus).
IATA Knowledge: Sound understanding of IATA rules, fare construction, re-issuance, refund policies, and cancellation procedures.
Language Skills: English and Arabic
Customer Service: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent client communication skills.
