Role Summary
The Porta Office Setup Officer manages end‑to‑end planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of porta cabin offices across multiple active projects. The role ensures each site office is fully functional, compliant with HSE standards, and equipped with MEP, IT, and safety systems required for project operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Multi‑Site Planning — Assess layouts, utility access, safety zones, and logistics for each project location.
- Cabin Deployment — Coordinate delivery, positioning, leveling, anchoring, and inter‑cabin connectivity.
- MEP Coordination — Oversee electrical wiring, HVAC installation, plumbing, drainage, and generator connections.
- Interior Fit‑Out — Ensure flooring, partitions, cladding, furniture, workstations, and meeting rooms meet project standards.
- IT & Networking — Manage installation of data points, Wi‑Fi routers, switches, CCTV, access control, and telephony.
- Safety Compliance — Install extinguishers, emergency exits, smoke detectors, muster point signage, and ensure civil defense compliance.
- Vendor Management — Coordinate with suppliers for porta cabins, AC units, generators, furniture, and maintenance services.
- Project Coordination — Liaise with project managers, HSE teams, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Maintenance Oversight — Conduct periodic inspections for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural integrity.
- Documentation — Maintain logs, inspection reports, material approvals, and handover documents for each project.
- Mobility & Rapid Deployment — Ensure readiness to mobilize and set up offices quickly for new project sites.

📐 Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Porta Cabin Specifications — Knowledge of cabin sizes (6×3m, 9×3m, 12×3m), insulation, flooring, cladding.
- MEP Systems — Basic troubleshooting of electrical panels, AC units, pumps, water tanks, and drainage.
- AutoCAD Layouts — Ability to read and interpret cabin layout drawings.
- Safety Standards — Familiarity with Saudi Building Code, civil defense requirements, and mega‑project HSE guidelines.
- IT Infrastructure — Understanding of structured cabling, network switches, CCTV systems.

👤 Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in porta cabin setup for construction or multi‑project environments.
- Experience with mega‑projects (NEOM, Red Sea, Diriyah, Qiddiya) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
