Monthly Package: SAR 5,000 – SAR 6,200
About the Role:
Are you passionate about the craft of specialty coffee with an eye for detail and presentation? We are seeking a skilled, quality-driven Barista to join our team in Yanbu. The ideal candidate blends exceptional coffee preparation techniques with stellar customer service to create a welcoming café experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Handcraft espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, teas, and cold drinks following precise recipes and high visual standards.
Customer Service: Warmly greet guests, walk them through our menu, and offer personalized beverage recommendations.
POS & Transactions: Efficiently take orders and accurately process cash and card payments using the POS system.
Maintain Quality & Hygiene: Ensure clean, sanitized workstations, regularly clean espresso machines and utensils, and maintain café presentation.
Inventory Control: Monitor and restock syrups, milk, coffee beans, and packaging while tracking supply levels.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a specialty coffee shop or premium café environment.
Technical Mastery: Solid understanding of operating, dialing in, and maintaining commercial espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
Coffee Knowledge: Strong understanding of coffee bean origins, roast profiles, and various brewing methods.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills with a welcoming, customer-focused attitude & can speak fluent English.
Physical Stamina & Agility: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting inventory (e.g., milk crates, coffee bags).
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
