In my current role at Al Khafji, KSA, I develop and maintain baseline schedules, prepare schedule updates, monitor planned vs. actual progress, analyze critical paths, and support project teams in achieving key milestones. I work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, and site teams to identify delays, assess schedule impacts, and implement recovery measures.
My experience includes working on major projects in Saudi Arabia, including pipeline and large-scale building projects, giving me a practical understanding of project execution, client/PMC coordination, and the planning requirements of the regional construction environment.

Primavera P6 and MS Project for project planning and scheduling
Level 1–5 schedules, baseline schedules, WBS, and activity relationships
Progress measurement, schedule updates, and planned vs. actual analysis
CPM, critical path, delay analysis, and schedule impact assessment
Recovery schedules and mitigation plans to minimize schedule slippage
Resource and cost loading, S-curves, and manpower histograms
EVM, SPI/CPI, and performance monitoring
Procurement tracking, including PR/PO status and schedule integration
EOT support and preparation of schedule-related reports
Coordination with clients, PMCs, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
