📍 **Location:** Jubail, Saudi Arabia
💼 **Experience:** 10+ years in the industrial sector
💰 **Salary:** 12,000 Sar
⏱️ **Joining:** Immediate or short notice preferred
### KEY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Strong experience in industrial manpower supply and business development
✅ Existing contacts with industrial companies, EPC contractors, procurement, projects and maintenance teams
✅ Strong Jubail and Eastern Province industrial network
✅ Proven ability to generate manpower requirements, RFQs, enquiries and contracts
✅ Experience with industrial projects, shutdowns and maintenance requirements
✅ Strong client relationship, negotiation and communication skills
✅ Own car and valid Saudi driving licence preferred
✅ Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
### WHAT WE EXPECT
The successful candidate should develop new accounts, generate genuine business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and convert enquiries into manpower contracts and long-term business.
Candidates with an established industrial client network and proven manpower business-development experience will be highly preferred.
