THE JOB
- Prepare surfaces: sanding, filling, cleaning and masking
- Mix and tint primers, paints, clear coats and gelcoat to spec
- Spray a smooth, even finish with no runs or orange peel, then cut and polish
- Clean and maintain spray guns and the paint booth
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years as a spray painter (fiberglass, industrial or automotive)
- Hands-on experience with PU, epoxy and gelcoat systems
- Accurate colour matching by eye and by formula
- Works safely with PPE, respirators and solvents

- تجهيز الأسطح: صنفرة، معجون، تنظيف وتغطية بالشريط
- خلط وتلوين البرايمر والدهانات والورنيش والجل كوت حسب المواصفات
- رش طبقة ناعمة ومتساوية بدون سيلان أو قشرة برتقال، ثم التلميع والبوليش
- تنظيف وصيانة مسدسات الرش وغرفة الدهان
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دهان الرش (فايبر جلاس أو صناعي أو سيارات)
- خبرة عملية في دهانات البولي يوريثان والإيبوكسي والجل كوت
- دقة في مطابقة الألوان بالعين وبالتركيبة
- الالتزام بالسلامة واستخدام معدات الوقاية والكمامات

THE JOB
- Produce FRP/GRP parts by hand lay-up and spray-up
- Cut and lay chopped strand mat and woven roving to the layup schedule
- Mix resin with catalyst at the correct ratio and roll out air bubbles
- Demould, trim, grind, bond, assemble and repair parts
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in fiberglass (FRP/GRP) fabrication
- Knows polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins and gelcoat
- Confident with grinders, drills, jigsaws and hand tools
- Can read basic drawings and measure accurately

- تصنيع قطع الفايبر جلاس بطريقة الفرد اليدوي والرش
- قص وفرد ألياف الحصيرة والنسيج حسب عدد الطبقات المطلوب
- خلط الريزن مع المُصلّب بالنسبة الصحيحة وإزالة فقاعات الهواء
- فك القطع من القالب، قص، تجليخ، لصق وتجميع وإصلاح
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تصنيع الفايبر جلاس
- معرفة بالريزن البوليستر والفينيل إستر والإيبوكسي والجل كوت
- إتقان استخدام الصاروخ والدريل والمنشار والعدد اليدوية
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات البسيطة والقياس بدقة
