.NET & Application Development
Mastery of C#, .NET 8, and Web API development.
Strong experience with real-time communication frameworks, specifically SignalR (e.g.,
implementing live chat and agent hand-off workflows).
Familiarity with Blazor Web Apps is highly preferred.
Proven implementation of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Ability to structure applications for high scalability and testing isolation.
Advanced proficiency in SQL Server.
Experience with Oracle database integration, specifically creating repositories that handle
complex stored procedures returning multiple cursors.
Good knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies including ASP.NET Core, Blazor/MVC, Web APIs,
and Entity Framework.
Familiarity designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and API integrations within
.NET-based applications.
Good understanding of .NET application architecture, database integration,
authentication/security concepts, and cloud-based deployment environments.
Experience in RESTful API development to integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
Familiarity with Microservices architecture, API-first design, SQL/NoSQL, and Git.
AI & Machine Learning
Strong understanding of Supervised & Unsupervised Learning; Model Training, Validation, and
Evaluation; Feature Engineering & Optimization.
Experience working with Classification, Regression, and Clustering models; model performance
tuning and monitoring.
Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and
Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
Experience building conversational AI / chatbots and document processing systems.
Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with Python and/or TypeScript for developing or integrating AI-enabled applications,
APIs, and automation solutions.
Good understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), MCP (Model Context Protocol), and RAG
(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and basic understanding of prompt engineering.
Experience in handling large data sets such as healthcare and genomics data.
Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, AWS NextFlow, AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda,
Amazon S3, and IAM.
Ability to deploy, monitor, and scale AI models in production and design cloud-based AI
architectures.
Understanding data preprocessing pipelines, handling structured/unstructured data.
MLOps, DevOps & Cloud
Experience with MLOps practices, Docker/containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to deploy, monitor, and scale AI models in production and design cloud-based AI
architectures.
Domain & Professional Skills
Exposure to healthcare, licensing, or insurance domain systems.
Ability to prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
Ability to work under structured project environments (similar to government/RFP frameworks).

Ability to clearly explain technical/AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Effective communication, documentation skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to support production systems, critical deployments, and provide operational
