NTA Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Fit-Out Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise interior fit-out and renovation works.
Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams.
Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs and quantity take-offs.
Prepare RFIs, material submittals and technical documentation.
Monitor gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, joinery, glass, doors and other fit-out works.
Check site measurements and material quantities.
Prepare quotations and variation orders for additional works.
Monitor project progress, quality and workmanship.
Coordinate material procurement and delivery with the site requirements.
Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare snagging lists, rectification reports and handover documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of fit-out/construction experience.
Experience in retail, F&B, commercial or mall projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off and construction drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred.
