Requirements & Qualifications:
Availability: Can join immediately or as soon as possible and must be currently available in Bahrain.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
Core Competencies: Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
Skills: Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest requests professionally.
Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Standards: Professional attitude and high standards of personal grooming.
