Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
15+ years of experience in project controls for large-scale construction projects.
Strong experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality or Mixed-Use Projects.
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
Strong experience in planning, cost control, progress monitoring, risk management and reporting.
Experience with baseline schedules, recovery schedules, EOT/claims and delay analysis.
Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary Project Controls teams.
Strong coordination with Client, Consultant, Construction, Commercial, Procurement and subcontractor teams.
Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred; immediate/short-notice availability is an advantage.
