Job Responsibilities:
To establish, develops, manage, and continuously improve the Operation and Process Control in a systematic and methodical way.
Provides technical advice and guidance & backup in the day-to-day Operation and Process Control. Performs special duties and investigations related to persistent, unusual, or critical problems
With extensive safety, integrity, reliability and quality management. Of the Instrument devices.
Automation OEMs, In-depth knowledge and understanding of field instruments, DCSs, PLCs; and strong exposure in EPC project management.
Comprehensive maintenance of plant SIS, project management methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, process & performance to achieve defined objectives while adhering to engineering standards
Participates in daily meetings with Engineers, Specialists, and Operation Supervisors to receive information on equipment maintenance problems, and provide suggestions, advice and guidance on faults, diagnostic procedures, and repair routines. Inspect and diagnose equipment faults and breakdowns as requested, discusses faults with concerned personnel, identifies probable causes and appropriate maintenance procedures.
Knowledgeable in Reliability Methodologies (RIS, RCA) and the Statistical Reliability Methods
