Key Responsibilities:
•Clean and maintain residents’ apartments, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
•Make beds and change bed linen, towels, and other household items.
•Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and polish surfaces as required.
•Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and household amenities.
•Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all assigned areas.
•Handle residents’ personal belongings with care, discretion, and confidentiality.
•Report maintenance issues, damages, or unusual observations to the supervisor.
•Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety standards.
•Maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are properly stored.
•Assist with periodic deep-cleaning and special cleaning requirements.
•Provide courteous and professional service to residents at all times.
C•oordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely completion of daily assignments.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in luxury hotels, serviced residences, private residences, or high-end residential properties is preferred.
•Knowledge of professional housekeeping and cleaning standards.
•Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Respectful, discreet, and service-oriented attitude.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties for extended periods.
•Basic English communication skills preferred.
•Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Preferred Qualities:
•Experience working with VIP or high-profile residents is an advantage.
•Good knowledge of handling delicate surfaces, furniture, fabrics, and luxury finishes.

•Ability to maintain consistent five-star housekeeping standards.
