Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Milling Programmer cum Operator to join our team in saudi. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in creating and modifying CNC programs using engineering drawing software, with a strong focus on Mastercam. You will be responsible for the entire process, from reading blueprints and programming to setting up and operating the milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Programming: Write, edit, and optimize 2D/3D CNC milling programs using Mastercam and G-code/M-code.
• Setup & Operation: Set up tools, fixtures, and raw materials; operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure exact specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot programming or mechanical errors.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CNC Milling Programmer and Operator.
• Expertise in Mastercam software is mandatory (experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of CNC controllers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
