📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a driven and analytical Commercial & E-Commerce Analyst to join our F&B Commercial team.
The role will focus on driving sales performance across delivery platforms, managing aggregator accounts, analyzing commercial performance, and providing accurate insights and reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage delivery platform accounts, including menus, pricing, images, product availability, and store operating hours.
• Monitor daily platform performance, including sales, orders, uptime, ratings, cancellations, and order errors.
• Track promotions and campaigns and evaluate their commercial performance and return.
• Analyze sales trends, pricing, product mix, and average check to identify growth opportunities.
• Reconcile platform settlements, commissions, and deductions in coordination with Finance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales/KPI reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with branches to ensure timely and accurate reporting and resolve performance issues.
• Follow up on management action items and maintain accurate commercial records.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Delivery Platforms, Commercial Analysis, or Reporting, preferably within F&B or Retail.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience managing delivery platform / aggregator accounts is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, POS systems, and delivery platform portals is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations for management.
